Lindsey specializes in bridal fitness, focusing on the areas that tend to concern each bride on her special day. Whether it's an overall weight loss goal, a tighter ass or Courtney Cox arms, Lindsey can custom tailor the McMeen experience to tone the areas that will leave every bride looking and feeling amazing in the most important dress of her life, on the most important day of her life.


Although her name is McMeen, Lindsey helps each client discover the fun in working out and will laugh with you while you sweat towards your best bridal body. Lindsey's brides become her friends, and she has maintained close relationships with many of them after training has ceased. Whether the client has three months or a full year to prep, Lindsey will get brides results they're proud of before their big day. Doubles sessions are also available for couples who want to prepare for the walk down the aisle together!

Train McMeen was the BEST thing I could have possibly done to prepare for my wedding! I used to be someone that never needed to work out. And then one day, I turned 25, and I realized that that was no longer the case. I hated working out and it was a struggle for me to stick with it. Then I got engaged and I wanted to make it my mission to be in the best shape I could for my wedding. But I knew that I couldn’t do it on my own. Then I met Lindsey. She started slow with me and made working out fun. She made me realize that my wedding could be my short-term goal, but that I should truly have a long-term goal of being as healthy as I possible could. She adjusted my diet and taught me how to really take care of myself. She truly wanted me to succeed which made me want to succeed. A wedding and a year and a half later, I love working out and seeing the progress that my body has been through. Whether I need advice on nutrition, workouts to do on vacation, or things I can do on my own, Lindsey is always there to help me and make me feel good about my body and my health. She is the best trainer out there and I wouldn’t be where I am now without her.
